"I’m a returning customer to State Farm after few years, I had a frustrating experience with this agent. Despite providing my driving history upfront and running a report based on my license, I was initially quoted a lower rate. However, after starting the policy, the quote was suddenly revised due to a delayed underwriting review, significantly increasing my premium. This delay felt deliberate, and I had to cancel the policy, resulting in an unfair short-rate refund. Transparency and accuracy in quoting are essential, and this experience was disappointing. I lost good amount of money and felt bad for trusting someone so blindly!"
